  • Rolling Mill

Planetary Rolling Mill is the most important piece of equipment. This machine developed among all the components of the cast-and-roll production line and has reached advanced international standard level. The main motor drives the main shaft and through differential gears drives the rolls. An auxiliary motor drives the planetary shaft which gives the rolls an additional drive. Adjusting the speed of the auxiliary motor can keep the rolled tube from rotating, thereby making online coiling of super long copper tubes possible.

  • Surface Mill

Surface millSurface Mill developed for cleaning the surface of cast tube shells. Surface Mill features compact design, small footprint and high milling efficiency. It mills the tube shell 360 degrees in one operation. This machine consists of feeding and straightening unit, main gearbox, chip removal device, cooling device and drawing machine. The feeding and straightening unit straightens slightly curved tube shells along the horizontal axis.

  • Horizontal Continuous Casting Furnace

Horizontal casting furnaceHorizontal Continuous Casting Unit consists of a melting furnace, holding furnace, electrical control, furnace platform, casting unit, saw and shear, graphite mould, shell pulling system and water cooling.

 

 

  • Caterpillar Three Combined Straight Draw Machine

Caterpillar Three Combined Drawing Machine is custom designed as an integral component of the cast-and-roll production line and utilizing the high precision characteristic of the straight draw method, the machine can efficiently reduce tube wall thickness and diameter and harden the rolled tube from the planetary rolling mill, thereby reduces the number of draws to be performed by the spinner block and enables the latter to operate at high speed.Caterpillar 2

  • Continuous Annealing Furnace

Continuous annealing furnaceContinuous annealing furnace consisting of front and rear vacuum chambers, front and rear buffer chambers, heating chamber, cooling chamber and conveying trolley, and complete with furnace and tube purging systems. The furnace operates in multiple coils for each run. The heating method can be electric heating or gas. This machine is the most advanced annealing furnace available due to multiple-coil load, high efficiency, energy conservation.

  • Level Rewinder

levLevel Rewinder is used to re-wind tube in basket into coils. The machine is of compact design, high efficiency, low noise, a wide range of speeds, and unique hydraulic tension control and machine is controlled by PLC.
The machine has all the functions from coil pay off, pre-straightening, cleaning, horizontal straightening, Eddy Current defect testing and marking, vertical straightening, drying, length measuring, pre-overal, traversing and rewinding, and the technical measures and control systems designed to facilitate the process flow.

  • Inner Grooved Tube Machine

Inner groove machineInner groove tube machine consists of coil pay off, straightening, forming, drawing, coiling and control system. It is used to produce 6~10mm innergroove copper tube.
